Step 1: Connect Device
Connect one end of the cable to the device and the other end of the cable to a USB port on your computer using the cable that is compatible with the device.
Step 2: Log in
Log in to your LibreView Account. Then click the Device icon in the top navigation.

Step 3: Select one of the uploading options
Click on 'Create 1-Time Report' to begin upload. This option generates a viewable report for 24 hours in LibreView, does not require any patient information, and is not saved permanently.
Click on 'Report Linked to Patient' to begin upload. This option adds the device data to the Patient Profile and is available for future viewing.
Note: You might receive different notifications when uploading a device, especially if it is the first time you are uploading said device. Please pay attention to the messaging and act accordingly.
Step 4: For Report Linked to Patient: View Glucose History
When the upload is complete, you will placed in the Glucose History section of the patient. By default, the All Data tab within the Glucose History will show all available data chronologically. You can also click the FreeStyle Libre tab to narrow the glucose history to specific FreeStyle Libre uploads.

From the patient’s Glucose History section, click the Glucose Reports button on the top to view and customize reports you can print or save as PDFs.
Note: For 1-time uploads, you will be taken directly to the report set for that device.

If your patient is using the FreeStyle LibreLink application on a compatible mobile phone, the data is automatically uploaded to LibreView every time the sensor is scanned. If the patient is set up for remote monitoring, the glucose data will automatically be available in the patient's Glucose History. Patients uploading via FreeStyle LibreLink do not need to install any device drivers.
FreeStyle LibreLink may not be available everywhere LibreView is released.
